Got birthday nails here, when the tips were put on I pointed out they were crooked, the woman refused to fix them and said thats just the way my nails pointed? (I shouldve left then) the woman Did not want to do rounded tips and kept asking if I wanted square, I had to keep saying no, she was basically trying to pressure me, then did not want to do the white to baby pink ombre because she didn't think it would look good? Then tried to charge me like 200 dollars, if I could I would give no stars

Nails not aligned properly Place is not clean. I didn't see any Lysol wipes or any sanitizing product. The back cleaning closet, door wide open. Didn't have the color I wanted. Asked for a tip!!! U can't provide good proper service in any way.. then I ask for a tip. Should be ashamed of yourselves .

I had my pedicure treatment, and it was beautiful... great customer service. Also, accept walk-in clients, but you might have to wait if you don't book ahead. All techs are professional 👌

Worst service ever. The first technician left me for another client. So the alternative lady that took care of my nails is just as much in a hurry as the first one because I'm not her client. Both my hands and feet bled, they didn't assist me unrolling my pants back, or wearing my footwear. And most of all, the nailwork itself is terrible, overboard polish, cuticles are still there, the cut is awkward, the stroke is dirty, it's a total waste of money and time. The audacity to ask for a tip. UPDATE: After a day, I removed the nail polish and this is how my nails look like. The glue from the fake nail I used is still there! It's already funny now that I remember the way they just touched my nail with the pusher literally 2 seconds, no wonder it's still there. And the shape, idk what else to say. The more I see it, the more I wanna take my payment back 😡
